Fantastic Experience!

The staff took care of the guests and tried to make them happy. Sir Mohammed delivered Arabic coffee to me, I didn't expect this! I also enjoyed the wonderful spa facilities, including the sauna and jacuzzi.
The rule that people under 21 are not allowed outside where hookahs are smoked was inconvenient. This affected cocktail enjoyment after dinner since the kids club closed early. Before refurbishment, this was not a rule, I had great times with my family there.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options with really good service, ensuring a good start to the day. Netsu restaurant impressed with its presentation and tasty flavors, difficult to stop eating. The food was AMAZING!!!

The gym has excellent equipment, with options for workouts. The beach has warm, refreshing water, and cool sand, perfect for walking. Several pools provided ample space for relaxation and recreation .

The staff was great, constantly checking on our table and providing superb service. Housekeeping ensured the room was always clean and well-kept. Reception team members were helpful.
